Roofing — common questions
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
We inspect the roof deck, shingles, flashing and attic and tell you honestly. If the roof has years left, a targeted repair is the right call. If damage is widespread or the roof is near the end of its life, replacing it saves you paying for repairs twice.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are done in two to four days, depending on size, pitch and weather. We tarp and protect the house at the end of every day.
Do you work in the rain?
Repairs and emergency tarping, yes. Full replacements are scheduled around dry windows so underlayment and shingles go down properly.
Is your work insured?
Yes. Our crews are WorkSafeBC covered and fully insured, and every job comes with a written workmanship warranty.
