How often should gutters be cleaned in BC?
At least once a year, ideally in late fall after the leaves drop. Homes near trees often need a spring and fall cleaning.
Do gutter guards really work?
Good stainless steel screens keep out leaves and moss and cut cleanings down a lot. They still need an occasional rinse, but far less often.
Do you clean multi-storey homes and townhouses?
Yes — we use proper ladders, roof access and fall protection for two- and three-storey homes and strata buildings.
