Roofing & property maintenance in Coquitlam

Raj has provided various jobs to multi-properties that I manage in Northshore in the last a few years, such as gutter cleaning, moss removing, power washing, painting exterior of the whole house. Raj is very easy to communicate with and he will do the job until you are happy with. His team did great job on every project I provided to him so far. I feel he is trust worthy, hard working with business mind!

Raj and his team did a full replacement for my residential and commercial property, everything went so well and professionally done. Their prices were so reasonable and competitive with high end quality. They have also done a renovation project for my rental properties. I highly recommend Raj and his team for any roofing and renovations projects all over the lower mainland.

The team is professional, hardworking and very client focussed. They cleaned our roof, gutters, windows, painted and fixed our decks and fixed multiple other smaller areas around the house. They were very accommodating to last moment schedule change requests. I would recommend Smart earth group roofing for sure.
